Doesn't it feel like cheating to have someone else handle the gift?

No. Your people feel cared for when you remember the dates that matter to them and give them something that reflects who they are. When you add a recipient, you tell us their taste, their interests, what matters to them. We take that and do the research, curation, ordering, and delivery from there.

Will I have final say on what's sent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your account has a setting called auto-order that controls this. Before each occasion, we send gift options. With auto-order off, we wait for you to choose one before placing the order. With it on, if we don't hear from you by the deadline, we go ahead and order the one we recommend.

What if I sign up and then forget about it?

Once you add an occasion, we track the date and start working on it automatically, so you won't need to remember it yourself. As for the membership, there's no card required to start your 90-day trial. If you never add one, the trial just ends on its own without any charge. If you do add a card, we'll let you know before each occasion or the first subscription charge happens, so nothing happens without you knowing first.

How do you know what my people like?

How much does it cost?

The trial is free for 90 days, no card required. After that, plans start at $5 a month or $29 a year. You also set a budget per occasion, so you're always in control of what you spend.

What if the gift arrives late?

We start the process about a month before each occasion, which gives us time to research, curate, order, and deliver by the date. If an occasion is added with less time than that, we move faster automatically, but very last-minute additions may not leave enough time for the gift to arrive before the occasion. For the best results, add dates as soon as you know about them.
